Nonpublic personal information means information about me that Lender collects in connection with originating and servicing your CASH ’TIL PAYDAY^® loan. Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records. An affiliate is a company Lender owns or controls. A nonaffiliated third party is a company that is not an affiliate of Lender. Lender may employ the services of nonaffiliated third parties to originate and service your CASH ’TIL PAYDAY loan (“Servicers”). To the extent that Lender employs a Servicer, these disclosures are also made separately by Servicer. Lender and Servicers collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources: information Lender receives from you on applications or other forms, and information about your transactions with the Lender and with Servicers. Lender and Servicers do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law and as set forth below. Lender and Servicers restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees of Lender and of Servicers who need to know that information to originate and service your loan. Lender and Servicers maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Neither Lender nor Servicers disclose nonpublic personal information about former customers, except as permitted by law and as set forth in the next sentence. Lender and Servicers may disclose your name and address to companies that perform marketing services on their behalf; you do not have a right to opt out of disclosure of this information.
